Schedule of Fees

Regular bookings - daytime or evening:
Regular Hall Hire $20/hour with $100 bond
Regular Sunbeam Lounge hire $15/hour with $100 bond
The smallest unit of hire is 30 mins, eg if you want 45 mins, please book one hour; if you want an extra 15 mins, please book an extra 30 mins.
Casual Bookings - evening (until 12 midnight):
Private functions:
Hall or Sunbeam Lounge $60/hour with $500 bond
Non-profit community groups:
Hall $40/hour with $500 bond
Sunbeam Lounge $25/hour with $200 bond.
Casual Bookings - daytime:
Children's parties finishing by approx 5:00pm $25/hour with $200 bond ($500 bond for larger groups).
Set up
Casual bookings can have up to two hours of set up time (if bookings allow) free of charge.
Bond
The bond covers any extra cleaning if required after your event. If it is not enough to cover damage, we will repair the damage and send you an invoice.
If the building is left clean, tidy and undamaged, you will receive your bond refunded in full. A post hire check is completed soon after your hire period for this purpose.
NB: Use is non-exclusive unless otherwise advised; ie there may be another user in the supper room while you are using the hall space and vice versa.
Invoices for regular users
Four billing periods per year (roughly equating to school terms). Invoices sent in advance. No changes to invoices during billing periods (ie for non-use of booked hire periods due to weather, illness, etc).
Donations
You are welcome to add a donation to the payment of your invoice. We are a registered charity so you can claim a rebate from Inland Revenue. All funds received go to maintaining the building and property. The unpaid volunteers take no income or honoraria.
